To contribute to the training of students of technical high schools, we welcome, to our power plants, young students from the technical educational establishments of the communes where we are present, so they can carry out their internships in a real industrial environment.
From the company's perspective, it allows to have technical staff better prepared and adapted to real industrial conditions. In this way, the company also contributes to local employability as they gain practical experience and, in addition, some of them continue to work at AES Gener after finishing their studies.
This program is aligned with the Partnering for inclusive economic growth focus area of the AES Corporation.
