In the commune of Mejillones an initiative related to the safety of the neighbors was implemented, which consisted of the installation of 24 security cameras in various public spaces, such as squares and beaches, to support the work of Carabineros.
The cameras are operated in real time, capture moving images in high quality, have night display, intelligent object tracking and 800 meter zoom without loss of resolution. The telesurveillance system was co-financed by the company, and responds to the commitment to improving the quality of life of the inhabitants of Mejillones.
Impact:
13,417 inhabitants of the commune Partners: Municipality of Mejillones and the companies Engue, Molyb and Aes Gener.
